- At the conclusion of the exclusive non-dealing period we will present any proposals.

This will be an agreed time by you as the property owner. However, we typically would like at least 45 days to allow enough time for our clients to put the right amount of time, money and effort into producing an appropriate proposal for you to consider.
Our process will not cost you as the property owner anything at any stage. Any fees that we receive will be payable by the purchaser.
